Finding Your Brand's Purpose

Brand purpose is a big theme for marketers, particularly as today’s B2C and B2B consumers demand more of brands than previous generations. They want to know that the brands they support have a larger mission, and are doing things not just to advance their bottom line. What are they giving back to communities, to their customers and to the world?
