Join us on September 11, 2007, to hear Paul Bachman, Vice President Marketing and Store Operations for Bachman’s, discuss the problems, potential solutions and the results of a major rebranding and the nurturing of a brand strategy in a retail channel. Paul Bachman is uniquely positioned to give us the inner-workings and strategies behind the rebranding of Bachman’s, having worked in the family business since he began working a cash register at the age of 13, and continuing through his present position as Vice President for Marketing and Store Operations as well as leadership positions as Chairman or Director of the American Floral Marketing Council, the Minnesota Family Business Council, the Minnesota State Florists Association and other major industry groups. Mr. Bachman will discuss:

• Consumer research that led to the decision to rebrand

• Implementation and rollout of the new look

• Keeping the traditional customer happy while going after new customers

• The results after one year's experience with the new and improved brand

Pre-Registration is Important!

RSVP must be received on or before Friday September 7, by mail, fax or phone to the AMA Minnesota Office. Credit Card reservations must be received in writing. Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance of the program to qualify for a refund. All no-shows will be billed.

A payment by cash, check, or credit card will be required either (1) in advance, or (2) at the door prior to attending the program. AMA will no longer be processing invoices for program meetings due to the high cost of this activity.
