First of Three Sessions in Interactive Marketing and Social Media Series brought to you in partnership with the Minnesota Interactive Marketing Association (MIMA).
Search 101: Strategies to Raise Visibility and Drive Web Traffic
Lisa Helminiak, Principal and Web Strategist, Azul 7
Internet searching is undoubtedly the primary force changing marketing today. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is the tip of this iceberg, connected to paid search, site design and architecture and a marketing organization's content strategy.
On average, 60 million American adults are using search engines every day. Search engine marketing is one of the most powerful tools you can use to build your presence and business online. At this first session in a series of learning events about interactive marketing and social media, capture the attention of people in real time as they look for you or your services through search engines such as Google, Yahoo and MSN. Learn strategies to get real results, such as capturing leads and increasing sales, not just achieving higher rankings.
