He has an extensive background in strategic marketing for technology and services organizations and has worked with both business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketing models.

 

Prior to joining Convey, Troy was a marketing leader for Concur, one of the world’s largest and fastest growing software-as-a-service companies. In addition, he has had proven leadership experiences with well respected business such as Honeywell, General Mills, and Price Waterhouse Coopers. Troy is a Certified Public Accountant, is Six Sigma certified, and holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.

 

According to Troy, now more than ever, it’s critical to sharpen the fundamentals of solid marketing including to:
